I purchased a €150 top-up on Saturday, January 12, and it doesn't work. I went back to the newsstand where I bought it, and they told me they couldn't do anything and that I needed to contact you directly. It seems that there is a wave of 'used PCS coupons' scams (or 'glitch' ??) whose mechanism we do not know for now..
