I'm reaching out to you because I find myself in a deadlock. Indeed, I fell victim to a scam while selling a phone on leboncoin... The person who responded to me asked for a PCS Mastercard voucher to activate my Paypal account, pretending to be a member of their team. I realized the problem shortly after, but I had already purchased the PCS recharge at a tobacco shop. I have the recharge (which I won't send to him) and I don't know how to get it refunded now... I'm stuck with 150 euros of recharge on a voucher and I don't know how to get my money back...

The check will be rejected, so talk to your bank....
If during this whole mess you communicated copies of official documents, file a report with the police to have a record in case of future consequences (identity theft) -

Salut, la seule solution pour toi est que si le coupon n'a pas été utilisé, achète une carte PCS dans un bureau de tabac ou via leur site officiel. La carte sera à ton nom et t'enverra sous 5 jours via la poste. Je te conseille la deuxième solution, via internet.

Thank you very much, but the evidence is not really conclusive. However, he writes very well with French expressions, is knowledgeable about several "truly French" systems, etc. I have no tangible proof that he is in France, but I am convinced having seen the various PCS scams.
The only thing that really connects me to him is the PCS coupon he cashed in. Even if he is in France, is it still possible to trace this with the authorities? :/

Regarding your 150-euro PCS ticket, the only solution available to you is to buy a PCS MasterCard at a tobacco shop (15 euros) and load this card with the PCS coupon you bought for that famous phone. You're going to lose 15 euros for the card itself and 2 or 3 euros in fees when reloading, but well... between losing around twenty euros and 150... the choice is quickly made, right?
