I need to buy a phone from someone, and they are asking me to send them confirmation that the coupon has not already been used, because I told them I would not give them the twelve-digit code.
Is this process risky or not? If not, could you please provide me with the website to do it?

Hello,
Pure and simple scam.
There is no transcash coupon verifier, transcash has not created one. The scammer creates a fake site to collect your codes.
Cut all contact with this person.

P.S.: Never buy with transcash, pcs coupons, etc. 99.999% scam.
