How to refund my PCS coupons?

Hello,
Following a transaction that turned out to be a scam, I bought PCS coupons. Having doubts, I did not send the numbers. I now find myself in possession of these unused coupons. How can I get my money back? Knowing that I do not have a Mastercard. Thank you for your advice. A small clarification, the total amount is 1300 Euros.

    Either you buy the card that goes with it and use it for your purchases..

    Or you find a RELIABLE acquaintance who loads THEIR Card with your 'codes' and gives you the money back.

    You need a rechargeable Card, there's no other way.
