I bought 2 PCS top-ups at a tobacco shop, one of them works, and for the other one, I get an incorrect code.
What can I do?

    I purchased a €150 top-up on Saturday, January 12, and it doesn't work. I went back to the newsstand where I bought it, and they told me they couldn't do anything and that I needed to contact you directly.
