Hello,
Everything is in the title. It was working very well. One cartridge needed to be changed, which we did, and now it won't print anymore. When I start a print job, the printer's screen says processing, printing in progress, it takes the paper, it goes through and makes the same noise as when it's printing, except the page comes out blank. Additionally, it starts afterward as if it's doing a cleaning cycle.
I tried to do a deep cleaning, cleaning the nozzles. Then a test page without success. Each time it takes the page and gives it back to me blank without a single mark.
What's wrong with it? Can anyone tell me and help me please?
Configuration: w10- HP 550 133NF PAV. WIN10
