Good evening everyone,
I currently have a Canon Pixma TS5055 printer and for the past two days I have been unable to print documents. I have the impression that this is related to the network, the connection, well, between the computer and the printer because I can perfectly scan sheets: the printer itself is working...
I have really tried a lot of things: unplugging and plugging the cables back, removing everything related to the printer from the control panel or even the driver I believe...
I went to the Canon website which then made me download a driver for my type of printer (the Full Driver & Software Package for TS5000 series (Windows) --> available on the Canon site)
For the connection problems, both boxes in the connection usage settings are "well not checked," and the port is an IP.
So I am "slightly" desperate and weary, knowing that I use my printer quite regularly...
Finally, the last information, the message that appears when I try to print a document is:
"Printer offline" THEN
"Unable to communicate with the printer.
Open the print queue and uncheck the Pause Printing box in the Printer menu."
And generally, the printer starts as usual by saying "Processing, please wait a moment" but it does nothing, not a sound, and I have to stop the documents in the print queue...
Thank you in advance for reading my message (which is quite long, sorry) and I HOPE (very very much) that someone will be able to help me...
