Hello, I bought a CANON MX395 printer and I have the following problem: when I make a photocopy, the colors are sharp, but when I print from my PC, the colors are not sharp. I want to point out that I did everything regarding cleaning and aligning the cartridges, and it doesn't come from my image, as I tried with others. Thank you in advance for your response.

    Hello,

Click on the search button next to the Start button and type in the search box: Control Panel.
Click on the search result to open the control panel and then click on View devices and printers
Right-click on your printer and choose Print options.

Check the settings one by one, including:

    1) In the Quick Setup tab:
    - Paper type (Plain)
    - Print quality (Standard)

    2) In the Main tab:
    - Media type (Plain paper)
    - Print quality (Standard)
    - Color/Intensity (Auto)

Confirm the settings by clicking OK

Have you tried printing in high quality?

I also recommend printing, not by using the print icon, but by going through the menus, so you can check the settings.

Good evening, I just checked the settings and everything is fine, but when I want to print in high quality, the following message appears: High quality has been changed due to a conflict with another printer setting.

        Good evening,

The message seems to indicate that one of the printing parameters is incompatible with the "High Quality" mode.

To resolve all issues, I think it's best to reinstall the printer.

To uninstall, go to "Devices and Printers."
Right-click on your printer and choose "Remove device."

To ensure complete uninstallation, go to the directory:
        C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Canon\
Delete the directory that corresponds to your printer, probably MX390 Series
This will remove any settings that might have been configured.
(You can also do more: uninstall everything including the scanner, and delete the Canon directory)

Then proceed to reinstall using the supplied DVD.

I'm sorry! I don't have any other suggestions to make. Your problem is really uncommon. I've never heard of it and there are no articles online.

Are you able to print correctly from a smartphone? (you need the Canon Print app)

If the problem is the same, check with customer service.
