Razer Deathstalker not working anymore

Hello, after a long search on the internet and some manipulations, nothing works; my keyboard stopped one evening while I was gaming for no reason (I've had my keyboard for 2 years). I then tested it on another computer, and it works perfectly, so I reconnected it to mine, and it worked for a day without any problems. Then today, while I was playing quietly, the keys stopped working, but the backlight was still functioning. It then flickered two or three times, and everything went dark; it still works on the other computer, but it shows no signs of life on mine.
When I turn on my PC, I hear the sound in my headset as if a peripheral is being unplugged.
I need help, please, thank you.

    Either it's your computer's USB port that isn't working well, or the cable is damaged; try plugging your keyboard into another port on your PC.

    Otherwise, I think the problem is more hardware than software in your case, but still check if you have any updates to perform on your PC with your "Razer Synapse."

      Thank you for your reply. All my USB ports are working fine, but as for Razer Synapse, I can't access the software, supposedly due to a server issue. After that, I don't really know; I don't understand the difference between hardware and software.

      Try to re-download it and check for updates concerning your keyboard.

      When I say it's a hardware issue, I mean it's a material one.

      I am restarting the discussion because my keyboard is not working and I am unable to download the drivers for my Razer keyboard as Synapse does not detect it. I am searching the internet and I cannot find any drivers corresponding to my keyboard.

      On the official Razer website, there are so many solutions (well, it's obviously in English but still very useful).
      Choose your keyboard https://support.razer.com/gaming-keyboards/ and it's either the first paragraph or one of the paragraphs between the first and the fourth that concerns you, so that will help you better than I can!
