Toshiba TV Menu Unavailable

Hello,

I just acquired a second-hand Toshiba TV and I would like to connect it to the Internet. The problem is that when I try to go to the network menu and scroll down to configure the connection, it says: menu unavailable and I am unable to connect the TV to the Internet. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance.

    she might not be equipped for an internet connection...?

    If you provided the exact model, it would be more rational...

    I have exactly the same problem. When I pin it on Network in the settings and I want to access the connection settings, it tells me that the menu is unavailable.

    For my part I have a Toshiba 43UL4C63DG.

      Hello,

      Would you like to establish a wired connection (cable between the modem/box and the TV) or a wireless one (WIFI)?

      When you go to "Settings" - "OK" then "Network" - "OK", isn’t the option "Network type" offered with choices like Wired device or Wireless device?
