Hello

Can you help me?

I can no longer connect to the internet via wifi from my laptop (Windows 10 Home).

Whether through my box, or via my mobile phone in "mobile hotspot" mode, nothing happens.

It shows me "no internet, secured"

Help !!!????????????

      Hello,

A mobile hotspot generally does not pass through the computer, except in special cases (Wi-Fi connection not to the computer but to the Box or via the Windows Your Phone app), but rather through its own 4G or 5G data connection if that connection itself works.

The problem in these conditions seems to lie more with the Box itself not functioning properly than with a misconfiguration or a network issue if the operator is the same for both the Box and the phone.

    Windows Key + X
Select --> Windows PowerShell (Admin) or Command Prompt (Admin) and confirm.

Type these 8 commands and press enter after each:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    netsh winsock reset
    netsh winhttp reset proxy
    netsh winhttp reset tracing
    netsh Winsock reset catalog
    netsh int ip reset all
    netsh int ipv4 reset catalog
    netsh int ipv6 reset catalog

    Restart the PC.
