My Samsung A32 keyboard no longer appears

Hello,

I just bought a refurbished Samsung A32 5G.

I did an update, and since then, the keyboard on my phone no longer appears.

I restarted by turning it off and on again, nothing changed.

I went into Settings - General management - Language and input, it doesn’t change anything.

Is there a trick that would make this keyboard reappear?

    I’m getting back to you because I’ve found the solution (thanks to a Repar’facile video), so there’s no need to reply: I’m sharing it in case it could help someone :

    Settings\Global management\Samsung keyboard settings\Reset to default settings\Reset keyboard settings. The confirmation appears.
