Hello,
I have a Logitech MX 3200 set. Today the keyboard stopped working even though I never had a problem before. It is recognized but when I type there is no reaction. The mouse that works with the same receiver works perfectly. I tried changing the batteries obviously but that wasn’t the problem...
Thanks in advance for the help

it works!!!
The solution involves the "Troubleshooting Installation" :
1. Check the cable connection
of the cables.
2. Place the receiver on its USB stand, away from other
electrical devices and avoid metal surfaces.
3. Check that the batteries are properly installed.
4. POWER THE MOUSE ON by pressing the power button for two seconds. The mouse is POWERED ON if the indicator is LIT.
5. Establish the communication:
5.1. press the Connect button on the receiver,
then
5.2. immediately after, press the Connect button located under the device. -
I have exactly the same problem... I don’t know what to do. I tried looking for Logitech drivers, changing the batteries... my head hurts.
I hope someone can help us.
Thank you -
Hello,
I just had the same issue.
I plugged in a wired keyboard, then I went into the set point and apparently the keyboard was no longer secured. I did it again (everything is indicated) and now it’s working again.
Weird nonetheless, I hope it will work for you as well.-

Hello,
Just download the latest version of Logitech SetPoint software. Then you need to move the USB receiver (to another USB). THEN you must synchronize the receiver with the mouse with SetPoint running and everything works wonderfully. If you change the keyboard with another receiver, then problems occur; when the battery is defective, problems alsoBegin. You can also lock the mouse to a frequency with SetPoint, and then the keyboard won’t work with another receiver.

I don’t understand how you’re doing it, I have exactly the same problem, where is the “set point”? Please help me!

Hi,
I’ve just had the same problem as you. I’ve had this keyboard for more than 6 months and now there’s nothing to do. Only the mouse works!!
