Hello,

I have the same problem with my Philips TV model 40PFL3107H/12, it was working fine and since yesterday, I get the message "channel not installed" when I turn it on. I can't reinstall the channels despite several attempts. I have tried several other things (unplugging/replugging, replacing the antenna cable, etc.), but nothing works... Help please :(

Sometimes the TV antenna wall socket is tricky, it gets out of order at the slightest touch, you have to insist on this point, leave the TV on, move this socket, at some point or another, the channels will come through; sound and picture. I speak from experience. Even by doing a new channel search, if the antenna socket is poorly connected, nothing will happen. I hope this can help you. Otherwise, try another antenna outlet if you have one. Good luck.

And a classic: an old 9mm coaxial plug (often green) connected to the antenna socket of a newer TV that has the new standard of 9.52 mm => the 9mm plug "swims" in the 9.52 and the connection is poor.
Another thing to try:
Perform a "reset" or "factory settings restore" or "initial configuration" or "factory reset" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Thank you Quentin, it doesn't seem to be the socket because I tried plugging it into another antenna outlet (in a room where there is another TV that works) and it's the same battle... However, I just noticed that I have no "signal" on the TV when checking the reception status. It's not a problem with the relay antenna (nor with the socket or cable...) since the other TV receives the channels perfectly well... I don't understand :(
