Hello, I have also lost the pin code for my Philips television model number 24PHK5619/12.
Can you help me fix this?

    See the notice on pages 25 and 26 
    Have you forgotten your child lock code?
    If you have forgotten your code, you can replace it and
    enter a new one.
    1 - Press the home icon, select Settings, then press OK.
    2 - Select Channel settings > Parental lock > Change code
     and press OK.
    3 - Enter the replacement code 8888.
    4 - Enter a new parental lock code, then enter it again to confirm.

      Thank you very much. However, we had to set 8888 as the new code... they didn't want to hear about 0000... but it works!
