Philips TV "channel not installed"

Hello,

Since this morning, when I turn on my TV and try to select a channel, the screen shows me: "CHANNEL NOT INSTALLED"

whereas yesterday I could watch my TV normally and any channel...
Do you have a solution?

A possible idea: have you reinstalled the channels?

That's exactly the problem, it's impossible to install the channels.
