Hello,

Since this morning, when I turn on my TV and try to select a channel, the screen shows me: "CHANNEL NOT INSTALLED"

whereas yesterday I could watch my TV normally and any channel...
Do you have a solution?

Hello

I have the same problem but I can't reinstall the channels, I've tried several times but it doesn't work, the TV is only a month old and the first time I set it up, it was working fine.
Do you have any solutions for my issue?

  go to settings and enter the pin code, we had been in the settings (gear) installation of channels etc... and we encountered the same installation issues, so go through settings, pin code and select satellite not cable ;)
  
  by default the pins are often 0000/1111/1234

Hello, it turns out that I have the same problem with this Philips 32PFL7605H television that I just picked up recently; I can't install the TNTHD channels despite my Technisat TNT SAT Ready tuner, which works perfectly on my Samsung...

Hello,

When I turn on my TV, it also says "channel not installed" even though I've been using it for a month without any issues. I'm trying to reinstall or reset it, but it asks me for a PIN code that I was never asked for before. I tried the universal code 8888 but it didn't work.
