Hello, my Philips TV 32PHH4309/88 has been showing "channel not installed" since yesterday. What should I do, please?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 39.0

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your channels.

Have you tried reinstalling the channels by following the instructions on page 18 of the following manual?

Good evening, I don't want to watch the channels but to find them because when I scan the channels, I can't find any, and I get the message "channels not installed"
so your page 18 is of no use to me.
