Hello,
I have a problem with the volume down button - the button got stuck due to a shock and since then my phone has been displaying "safe mode". I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 2017. I have tried all the tricks, using a screwdriver to try to unblock it, but nothing works.
Can you please help me?

    If nothing works, take him to a store and they'll unlock it for you in no time.

      I went directly to Samsung and they said, "We can't do anything if the safe mode is activated." They gave me an address in Paris. I'm going to see a repair shop directly; Samsung didn't even bother to take a proper look or open the phone.
