TCL TV Power On Issue

Question

Hello,
I have a problem with the TV; the standby light is on, but when I press the power button to turn the TV on, the standby light goes off and the screen is black!!!
I have to unplug and plug it in several times before the TV works!
Could you please tell me what the problem might be?

Hello, my TCL TV also isn't working anymore; it shows the red light indicator and then nothing, and it's been like this for several months. It was unplugged for several weeks and still nothing. It's only 3 years old.

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power socket, wait for fifteen minutes and plug it back in.
While it's working, you have access to the menu, so perform a "reset" or "restore factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
