Pb on TV exclusiv, LED blinks red/green

On an Exclusiv brand TV, the screen turns on and then the LED flashes green/red. No menu or source functions available
Has anyone had the same issue

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait a quarter of an hour and plug them back in.

      Unplugging everything is not the solution; it's probably one or more capacitors that are not working anymore that are causing the issue and need to be replaced.

        Hello
        I am used to dealing with automates, and I notice the symptom that the screen works, but there is no communication with the remote control; the device is waiting for information. Now, after disassembling several circuit boards, I find the usual components that can cause a failure: capacitors, diodes, etc.
        That's why I opted for this solution. The manufacturer I contacted advised me to check with the seller, as they could not assist me.
