I saved and exited.
The computer restarted and displays "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press any key" and when I press any key, the message repeats.

In boot, the hard drive does not appear ???
Shut down the PC.
Disconnect the charger from the wall outlet
Remove the battery
Press and hold the power button for about 40 seconds
Put the battery back
Reconnect the charger to the wall outlet
Start the PC.

It restarts on its own when I do save & exit; otherwise, I have to press the power button to turn it off.
How do I get back to the BIOS? When I turn it on, it directly displays the message "Reboot and select[...] and press any key"
(sorry, I'm really bad with computers)

When you start the PC, look at the screen for the key to enter the BIOS, it might be F2, Del, etc...
What is the brand of the PC and is it a laptop or a desktop?

You should try to remove the battery from the motherboard, but it's complicated on a laptop??
Turn off the PC
Remove the hard drive
Put it back in place correctly
Start the PC
Go into the BIOS
Disable fast boot and secure boot
Enable --> Boot CSM
Restart the PC.
If the problem persists, faulty hard drive?

The disk light turns on, but I sometimes hear a sound like an electrical arc... as if there were a bad connection even though I've just reconnected it. When I restart my computer and press CSM + PXE, the computer displays white on black:

That's what I did, but when restarting, the option three disappeared. I think my hard drive is dead, but thank you for trying to help me. It hurts a little because I will have to rewrite everything, and because this drive had 1TB of storage :'(. Goodbye world, but also because I have to buy a new one, and that takes time... Anyway, if you think there's an alternative solution, I'm interested x)
