Hello, I have a big problem. I was listening to music on my computer when it bugged out with the music. At that moment, I couldn't click on anything, only move the mouse. Then, after about a minute, an error message appeared and restarted the PC. However, instead of starting normally, it opened Asus BIOS Utility Ez mode. The problem is that I can't exit it (whether by pressing exit/save & exit/default -> save & exit/forced shutdown). The page always opens after spending a certain amount of time on the Asus logo that appears at startup...
I don't know what to do, I'm afraid I've lost important documents and I need this computer for next week at university. I've only had this computer for 1 year. Could you please help me? I previously searched several forums for how to fix my issue, but I didn't see the same BIOS utility as mine and I didn't understand much.
