Hello everyone and thank you for your help
So, I have a list of members with first name, last name, and date of birth in 3 columns, and I would like to create a label in credit card format (like a personalized pass).
I wanted to select all the members so that I could generate all the passes in one go.
And I don't know how to go about it,
Have a great day
Best regards
Cathy

There's no need to panic: In Word,
go to MAILINGS/Start Mail Merge/Labels and look for the reference of the label box (or business cards) that you will use.
go to MAILINGS/Start Mail Merge/Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard and in the right pane, under the section "Select Document Type", select "Labels" and follow the instructions for the 6 steps.
Note: you may not succeed on the first try.
Be patient and persistent. Start with a few members.

It's indeed much better than trying to arrange business cards on a blank sheet!
