File is read-only even though no one is on it

Hello everyone,
My colleague is having an issue with Excel files.
When she opens an Excel file, a message appears saying "opened by another user". Of course, the first thing we think of is that someone is already in the file, but that's not the case because when I or another colleague open the file, we are not in read-only mode, so the problem lies with her workstation, but I can't seem to find the issue... the file is on a shared server.
This happens for all Excel files on our server and only on her workstation.
