Connection issue with Messenger

Hello,
I recently installed Messenger on my phone and yesterday I had an issue. I then deleted the app data and I am now facing the login menu, I don't have a Facebook account so I am going through the verification with my phone number, however, I tried to log in too many times and it ended up rejecting my number. What should I do to make my number valid again?

P.S.=> My dad doesn't want me to have Facebook so I don't have a Facebook account.
