Facebook mobile login issue Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, so I have an issue with Facebook on my mobile. Every time I try to log in to Facebook, it tells me "You must log in first."

I'd like some help please. This problem started when I logged out of Facebook (on my mobile) to let a friend log in.

PS: My mobile is the Player Star and my operator is SFR.

HI THERE!!

So I think I've found a solution. I can connect, but after a few clicks here and there, it disconnects by itself. Still try:

In the English Facebook Help, we are advised to clear the cache and delete cookies + saved passwords (you can find this option in your mobile menu). Then, you need to go to the mobile Facebook site, and there, BINGO, it connects!!!!

What’s unfortunate is that the help in French doesn't offer this solution....
If it still doesn't work, you need to report this issue to Facebook, but as I said, you have to be able to access the help in English..

I posted the same question today, I have exactly the same problem since I logged out of my account...
What's strange is that when I log in via an unprotected Wi-Fi network, it works! And Facebook doesn't even ask me to log in again! It connects automatically. It's really weird...
Try logging in via this type of network too...
I don't even know who can help me because it's neither a phone problem nor a network issue... It's Facebook. And guess what: we can't contact Facebook!! When I click on "help," an error page appears...

I had the same issue last night with my player one!!! It was impossible to connect, it kept asking me to reconnect every time. I cleared the caches and cookies and it works again this morning!!!!

Personally, I had a similar problem. Overnight, I could no longer log into Facebook from any PC other than my own or from my phone. I tried everything, but I always got the response: "incorrect email/password combination." I attempted to delete the cookies, but that didn't work. So, I changed my email address, and at last, I managed to log back in. I don't know if it was due to the fact that my address was a yopmail address, but in any case, I can finally log in from my mobile. I hope this will work for you too. Good luck!

I've done all these manipulations and I'm still at the same point... however, I can connect from other people's mobile phones... could it be due to the phone model? I have an LG Viewty... maybe it's a bit old now?

I feel like this is a problem that comes back often. I've been getting a connection error message saying to try again later for several days and nothing works. I've cleared the cache and cookies... and nothing... :°( My connection is set to secure, which means that from anywhere I connect, I have to have my device recognized to certify that it's really me connecting. I wonder if there isn't a bug on Facebook's side regarding this...

Hello, I'm looking for a solution but nothing works…
I'm on iOS and Android…
Out of the blue, the respective apps no longer respond
they open and then close immediately, so I stay on the home screen unable to open Facebook mobile. I've written 8 messages to Facebook support and still nothing after a week (on April 14, 2012)
I deleted and re-downloaded---cleared the cache and cookies and erased history and… nothing works.
