How to log in to Messenger without Facebook

Hello, I deleted Facebook and I had Messenger on my smartphone with Facebook; now I can't access Messenger because it always asks me to go through Facebook again. How can I get Messenger without Facebook, please? Can someone help me? Thank you for your help. Best regards.

    Hello,
    To continue using Facebook Messenger after deactivating your Facebook account:

    - Download the Messenger mobile app if you haven't already.
    - Sign up for Messenger using the same email address and password as your old Facebook account.

      Furthermore, on a mobile, you can create a new Messenger account without Facebook from any Messenger app...

      When I type a friend's number in the messenger search bar, it shows me the name of another person!! Why?
      I suspect my friend might have created a new profile with a different name; is that possible and how can I be sure?

      Thank you, another opinion said not to use our old Facebook codes, and I found myself blocked.
