Cosmospace fortune-telling site

Hello,

For several years I have been harassed by this cosmospace site through letters, emails, SMS, and phone calls. They have shared my contact details with all the fortune-telling companies. Today, I received a formal notice from cosmospace informing me to pay the amount of €160.
I called cosmospace to ask if they had proof of this bill, and the lady played for me the recorded conversation which was interrupted (in the conversation that lasted more than 10 minutes, they asked for my details, and during this conversation I asked, how much???). They did not answer my question... In the second recording segment
they made it seem like I keep calling them, which is not true because I do not know this cosmospace site and I gave them my card number but I was unaware that I was being recorded at that moment. In their letter, they claimed that they tried to contact me multiple times but were unsuccessful, which is false. cosmospace, as I indicated at the beginning of the letter
I informed her that the recordings were made without my knowledge and I was not aware of these recordings at all. cosmospace responded that it is stated in their general terms that phone recordings take place. I told her that I had no knowledge of these recordings. During the consultation, cosmospace debited my account €20, but that is not enough; cosmospace wants €160.
I don’t have any money, they are bothering me even though their fortune-telling is not valid, it’s a scam. Please help me.

There might be a statute of limitations (So it doesn't matter whether it was due or not..).

They are scammers, they tell you that the first 10 minutes are free but they keep you on the phone and make you pay more
Their goal is to extract as much money as possible !!!! Look at the reviews... They have already received complaints.

If it is indeed stated in the terms and conditions that you approved when you subscribed/signed up, it's your fault if you didn't take the time to read them...

As for the money, if you haven't done anything, don't pay, but if you actually did something, you owe them money.

  Regarding the recordings, I was not aware of them during the consultation with the so-called psychic, who told me nothing except asked me questions, and moreover, I did not hear the signal that ends the 10 minutes.

Then in the recording, I heard that I gave them my credit card information because they asked for it, and once they had my credit card number, they revealed the price of €4.50. So they already had my credit card number. I spoke with their fortune teller who only asked me questions and I didn’t hear the end of the ten minutes. At the end of the conversation, they told me they debited €20 from my account and that I have €160 left. This is a scam, and the conversation was recorded without informing me at the beginning of their intention to record because I am not a subscriber or member with them.

In any case, no bailiff will come to your house because for amounts under €200, nothing can be done against you. They are scammers who call you to say they have things to tell you from their famous fortune teller. They don’t use the 08 number. You end up with a huge phone bill just to hear nonsense. If you're reading this, please be careful not to answer any 08 numbers from a fortune-telling phone site.
