Hello, as a victim of the scam site COSMOSPACE, I wish to file a complaint and prevent potential victims from reading our messages.
We can also take action with journalists from television shows, including the channel NRJ 12, which aired an investigation "IN THE SECRETS... including those of fortune-telling where I was able to recognize the COSMOSPACE site.
In the newspaper NICE MATIN, which has already published an article that can be found on the INAD site, there are also pages of complaints from clients as well as former fortune tellers and secretaries. I sent a private message on their FACEBOOK.
For the victims of this scam site, we can leave our reviews under each fortune teller consulted... if we come together in large numbers, we might succeed and we need to demand reimbursement as well as damages in addition to preventing them from continuing to harm and ruin clients. To all of us who have been scammed, unity is strength.
I also recommend INAD, which records countless complaints from both clients and former fortune tellers and secretaries.
To all victims of organized scams, good luck and thank you for this site.

For anyone interested, I am sharing my experience with TÉLÉMAQUE - COSMOPLACE.
There is a significant lack of transparency on the part of this company, which refused to publish my review on their website for vague reasons. When I expressed my disagreement to customer service, Magali, rather arrogant and stubborn, made me out to be a self-centered person and also told me that I have a low level of understanding, which I find very disrespectful on her part. Rather than understanding my point of view, she only victimized the psychic in question and tried to make me feel guilty by painting me as the villain and taking all the blame off herself. Moreover, she claims that 20 minutes is sufficient for a psychic consultation. When I asked her, "Are you in the minds of the clients, knowing their anxieties, doubts, and questions to judge if 20 minutes is enough?" She didn't even answer that question (probably because she was short on arguments), nor any other, for that matter, claiming that she could no longer help me because I have a low level of understanding... really brazen on her part!!!! The psychic in question is named Carole, who, in the middle of a conversation on chat, left without even warning me, which I find rude, ill-mannered, and a tremendous lack of professionalism on her part. For me, it's the same as being hung up on in the middle of a phone conversation, which I tried to explain to Madam Magali, but she is too stubborn to understand because she thinks she is the best suited to know what is in the client's head!! I am in control of my consultations, and it is the clients themselves AND ONLY THE CLIENTS who are best positioned to define the psychics. CERTAINLY NOT MADAM MAGALI. And she says that I have a low level of understanding???!!! Has she not seen herself???! She calls me self-centered while she has used phrases like "What I have in MY POSSESSION, the problem then becomes MINE, with all the elements in MY possession, IT WILL BE ME who will have this outcome... AND I AM THE SELF-CENTERED ONE??? And furthermore, the psychics tend not to answer all the questions we ask or do so very vaguely, which I hate because it makes us waste credits unnecessarily, which are already quite expensive in themselves. Like the psychic, Candice, simply asks me after my question, "I have to draw a card to answer, okay?"... uh... seriously? Do you really think I'm going to waste a credit to answer a simple "okay" to your question??? Just do the draw by dealing your cards, no need to ask for an "okay" for that!!! What an idiot, honestly! And there's another one I've been poorly served by, Clarisse, who did not answer my question at all, so I immediately ended that consultation to avoid wasting MY credits AGAIN unnecessarily. Despite everything, there are still two psychics who impressed me, but ONLY IN THE SHORT TERM because as long as the predictions do not come true, I cannot adequately evaluate these psychics, so I will wait a few weeks to see if the predictions come true. Magali really thought she could shut me up with her measly 10 free credits debited from my account???!!! LOL. Customer service is really CRAP FROM MAGALI. Best regards.

Nevertheless, I’ll leave this one... although I doubt anyone will read it... given its completely unreadable layout....
Then, more generally... the seers are not as clairvoyant as they claim, seeing as they don’t seem to be able to predict that their clients are going to get fleeced......................
It's not just a scam in my case, it's also a lack of transparency and poor customer service from this company.
I'm not telling my life story, I'm just sharing my experience and I have the right to do so.
I certainly won't hold back or hesitate to share my feelings.
