I am a victim of the same problem. The photo you displayed is not the reason for your ban.
The fact that a moderator is there to 'intervene' is part of the law. If the photo is displayed, Coco becomes responsible. This law applies to all such sites.
Arbitrary banning is just a biased method to extract money. It is similar to certain practices applied in some large stores.
...for example... You go to X large store. You notice, for example, a lot of packages of mussels with a 50 percent discount. The orange label indicating this is stuck on only one package. Naturally, you rightly assume that the promo applies to all the packages!!! That makes sense. When you get to the checkout and the cashier only charges you for the one package of mussels at 50 percent and all the others at full price, you then realize that you've been taken for a ride. This is unfair advertising.
Coco acts in the same way. He targets the most active users on the site; then, these users receive a first warning. Generally, it is a temporary ban. And then Coco sends you the "final ban" with a demand to pay 6 euros for the removal of the guilty reasons! But which ones...yes which ones?
The managers are pathetic scammers with no stature or profile. I am a businessman... and I call such pathetic people scum, who tarnish commerce and its freedoms.
Don't worry about their threats... In case of a lawsuit, it's 'them' who will be ordered to pay you.
Keep one thing in mind; this process is nothing more than a banned advertising technique in the USA but not in France.
In general, the managers of X sites have a very bad reputation and rarely win cases in court, which often consider them as "procurers."

I’m in the same situation as everyone who has spoken before me, but I have an important remark to signal nonetheless.
After being banned (I won’t go into details, but just to let you know that there’s nothing reprehensible), I received, like you all, the £6 page. Since I was aware of the scam, I of course let it go.
The next day, on Skype, I discussed it with a friend who told me: “It’s funny what you’re telling me because I just received a message from you on coco saying ‘hey, how are you?’”
So I’m banned but still present and connected on the site, and my friends are being contacted.
I think it’s unnecessary to give you more explanation about the scam? Be very careful.
