I would like to know how to file a complaint against COSMO SPACE
They are demanding money from me even though I haven't had any other consultations and I have told them several times that I was canceling or addressing those who dealt with them and had to defend themselves and how did you do it.

If you have voluntarily sought their 'excellent' predictions (and for a LONG TIME..), you are not entitled to request a refund. You can do it, but you won't get anything..
What to do?
It's simple: Stop believing in Online Fortune Telling. It's worth NOTHING. It's just a pitiful exploitation of naive pigeons struggling to get by.. LEGAL SCAM.. A THERAPIST would be cheaper and probably more effective!
Nothing obliges you to make an appointment. Send those idiots who only see your money packing!

But before filing a complaint make sure you have complied with the T&Cs of that infamous site.. Mainly the Chapter 'trial offer' as well as 'Termination'..

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the present General Terms and Conditions, COSMOSPACE will refund the client the amounts due, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which this right was exercised.
You have exceeded the 14 days and therefore you have to pay for your subscription, otherwise the virtual Madame Irma will call on debt collection companies.
Collection / contentious procedure / penalty clause:
It is clearly stated to the client that in case of incident and/or late payment, all necessary costs for the collection of the amounts due will be entirely charged to them, including the costs of registered mail, bailiff fees for notification and possible seizure, legal fees, and attorney fees.
