Hello,
I bought a LOGICOM smartphone on April 30.
In mid-June, it broke down: white screen.
I took it back to the Leclerc store on June 25.
I was told it would take 4 to 5 weeks for repairs due to the holidays!!!
It is now August 19 and my phone is still not repaired.
When I call the store, they still cite the holidays.
I asked for a refund, but they told me it would only be possible if the manufacturer cannot repair my phone.
I don't know what to do anymore.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 47.0

Hello
The unfortunate phone has a 'major compliance defect'..
Refer to the Legal Warranty of Compliance in the Consumer Code (L217-4 to L217-14).
In particular, L217-10 states:
If the repair and replacement of the item are impossible, the buyer can return the item and get a refund or keep the item and receive a partial refund.
The same option is available to them:
1° If the solution requested, proposed, or agreed upon under Article L. 217-9 cannot be implemented within one month following the buyer's complaint;
2° ................... However, the resolution of the sale cannot be pronounced if the defect in conformity is minor.
Do not pay attention to the nonsense spoken by Leclerc.. Issues with the manufacturer are not your concern. Only the seller is responsible towards the Customer.
Act by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt as a Formal Notice to refund you. Cite L217-10. Specify that if you do not obtain satisfaction, you will take the matter to the Local Court (This puts a bit of pressure). Keep the receipts.

Do not let yourself be fooled by the salespeople's chatter..
See you+
