HDMI remains displayed in the middle of the screen

Hello,

On my Samsung UE48JU6400 TV, there's a band that says (HDMI1/DVI) which stays displayed in the middle of the screen and won't go away, making it difficult to watch TV. I've had this TV for 4 months and this is the first time I'm facing this issue. Has anyone encountered this same problem and how can it be resolved?

    Hello,
    You can try to do a reset (return to factory settings) but you'll have to redo the entire setup.

      Thanks Andy, it's sorted out; I was able to watch the soccer last night in good conditions, phew :)

        Hello Davidcyb, it was 3 weeks ago so I don't remember exactly, but I must have gone into settings and went to "restore default settings."
