Samsung TV: Source banner stuck

Hello everyone :)
I have an issue with my Samsung LED TV UE48J6200, purchased last November.
For the past few days, the source banner has been stuck on the screen, while the program runs in the background. For example: the TV or DVD image is playing while a large banner "HDMi1" or "HDM12" remains displayed. This makes viewing impossible!
I reconfigured the TV, but two days later, the banner reappeared on the screen.
Any solutions?
