Hello,
I have a Mappy ITI E418 GPS that I was given as a gift. I wanted to update it, so I went to the site as indicated on the paper, registered, downloaded Naviextras Toolbox, etc.—in short, I did everything that needed to be done. But when I plug the GPS into my PC with the USB cable, nothing happens. I hear the little sound indicating it’s connected, but the device isn’t recognized by the computer and it asks me to connect it again. I don’t understand.
What should I do?
