Hello,
I just acquired a Mappy E438T GPS, and since the user manual is very brief, it got stuck during setup on a white screen with "Gently and briefly press the stylus on the target...etc" with a cross. I can't even turn it off!
I'm a beginner and don't know what to do!
I can't reach anyone to help me at Mappy, and on top of that, the calls are premium rate each time.

    Try a RESET, hold down the power button for 20/30 seconds.
