Hello, I just bought a Mappy E538T GPS and right from the first use, a message appears: "Program Memory is Low" and I can't get out of it or even turn off the device...

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 56.0

You're welcome,
a GPS is packed with electronics (circuit board) so there's not much more to do; it's new, if you touch it you'll void the warranty...
Is the issue resolved?

After some thought, I believe that my problem comes from the fact that I haven't installed a memory card yet. What do you think? And thanks again.

I've got a TomTom and I've never installed a memory card, and GPS devices are sold without an original card, so it must be able to function without it...
