Screen light control driver

Hello,
I just reinstalled my PC with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Everything is working fine but there's a small issue.
I cannot increase or decrease the screen brightness.
Where can I download the driver or software for adjusting the screen brightness?

    Hi.

    We need a minimum of information: brand (e.g. "HP") and exact model of the laptop please (e.g. "Pavilion dv7 1103ef")
