Unable to install my HP DeskJet 2700 printer on Windows 7 (x64)

Hello,
I just bought an HP Deskjet 2700 printer. I managed to install it on my phone without any problems using the HP Smart software (on Android). However, I've been struggling for 48 hours to properly install my printer on my PC (Windows 7, 64-bit).
I started by trying to install "HP Easy Start," but I systematically get a crash (HP EasyStart has stopped working) of the software just after the decompression stage. It's super frustrating, especially since trying to install the printer through the control panel (so via a basic Windows installation) doesn't work either: I manage to install the scanner of the printer but not the printing part. It seems that the driver for the Deskjet 2700 is completely unfindable through an auto Windows search or even through a manual search on Google.
Finally, I went through a classic installation (with Windows and without HP EasyStart) to try to install it on my work PC (Windows 10) and it works very well.
Could someone help me install my printer on my personal PC, please?

I have indeed downloaded the correct driver for Windows 7 x64, but nothing works, I'm still experiencing the same crash.
I even disabled my antivirus thinking that the blockage might come from there, but that's not the case.
I don't know if there's a connection, but I can't configure my firewall: I have an error code 0x80070422 and Windows Defender is disabled in the control panel.
