Hello,
I replaced two color cartridges and my printer performed maintenance after the replacement. I printed a document, and then my printer is indicating... 2 cartridges need changing... empty? I don’t want to replace cartridges that are full unless these had very little ink. Is there a software that can make the printer understand that the cartridges are fine? Help me... Thank you for your response.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0
