Printer: cartridge cradle jammed

Hello,
I just bought this used printer! When I turn it on, it displays the following error message: "print cartridge cradle jammed".
Indeed, the cartridges are on the right and I can't move them towards the center of the printer or remove them...

Is there a safety mechanism to remove? I see a black plastic block in front of the cartridges...

Hello,
I have the same problem with an HP 7760 printer; I’ve followed the previous advice, but nothing happens.

I went to the HP website, but there is nothing in French for this type of printer.

All ideas are welcome.
