Hello,
The printer purchased less than two months ago has had new cartridges replaced following the Epson instructions.
All the cartridges are new and EPSON recognizes them as full. However, it is impossible to print text in black. The paper goes through, and the cartridges move back and forth simulating the print, but the final output is a blank page. The color works.
What should we do? Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 67.0.3396.87

Same issue. Original Epson cartridge won't print in black. Yet it's a brand new original cartridge and 100% full. This isn't the first time. The printer rejects new cartridges that are not Epson.
It even rejects new and never-used Epson initialization cartridges.
It's a SHAME, a real scam. I'm going to file a complaint!
