Wifi connection issue

I have a wifi connection issue with my desktop computer (after changing the wifi password); if I choose my wifi and enter the password correctly, after clicking connect it is impossible to connect. (with my phone the connection works)

    for the Wi-Fi, we don’t talk about a password but about a "Wi-Fi Key" which is not the correct one here...

    There must be an error in one character, like the o instead of the 0 for example. "Zero and the alphabetic o"... or a space in the sequence...

    The key exists in the BOX... What is this BOX..? brand and model..?
