Stuck decoder

Hello everyone,
I am new among you. Until now, I have always found a solution to the problems others had before me, but it seems that this time I haven't found one: I have an Ormond 5266 decoder (not old), a Fransat card, and it's acting up. Let me explain: when I "zap" through the different channels, when I get to FR3 (No. 3), it displays a fixed screen that is completely gray with three bands on which are written "regional channels, France 3, France 3 Amiens." I can no longer change channels, neither with the remote control nor with the device itself. I have tried the different options suggested on this forum: unplugging it, removing the antenna – or the "Fransat" card, or both – before turning it back on, always the same screen. I entered a code: OK 6787 found here, I changed the card, repeated the same steps and nothing, stuck, unable to do anything. It had been acting up for a few days, but now it’s really stuck. Does anyone have suggestions - and THE solution - for me? Thanks in advance.

I am really surprised...
I am not a high-tech product engineer, but I have a very good understanding.
Normally it should work (unless, of course, your device is fried - lightning strike, for example... ?). Especially since you left it idle for two months.
Be careful, you need to unplug it completely, and not just leave it in "sleep" mode.
And another suspicion: are the batteries in the remote control still in good condition?
Try the manipulation again, with new batteries.

Now, be careful, I said it needed to be unplugged, but you also need to, when you are on the stuck screen (because this stuck screen on FR3 is displayed on the TV), tell it "OK" with the remote control. And then, it should work. You can then use it normally and change the channel.

Hello,
I tried again and followed your new instructions closely, but this machine is more stubborn than I am, it’s still stuck. I think it’s better to resign ourselves to giving up.
In any case, thank you very much for responding so kindly.
