TNT issue displays "no signal" Solved

Hello, I have an installation problem with the Thomson DTI series 1000 TNT decoder, in an area that is supposedly covered. The TV screen shows "no signal." How can I fix this problem?

Hello, take your set-top box and plug it in place of the working one in the living room, then search for your channels and plug it into the other room. If it doesn’t work, then there’s a problem with the set-top box, not bad, huh!!!

Attention "Furtif" to bad advice, a decoupler amplifier does not exist. Regarding the 3 dB loss after each connection, that's incorrect; we lose 0.5 dB. However, we lose 4.5 dB after a split into 2 paths. Therefore, after 3 connections, one shouldn't claim there is no signal left. A distribution amplifier is unnecessary (2 paths) in a very strong field because there is a reserve of signal.
