Hello,

My decoder is stuck and displays ft1, what should I do?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 79.0.3945.136

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
    If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire setup and settings.

      I did all the manipulations, nothing has changed and it's impossible to access the menu, what should I do? Thanks
