My decoder can't find any channels (TNTSAT)
Hello CCM community :)
I need your help regarding my TNT satellite decoder (TNT SAT).
Three days ago, I was receiving TV perfectly, except for a few channels that displayed an error message regarding TNT SAT decryption... I read that resetting the decoder could solve this issue... so I rushed to do that, and then, disaster struck...
The decoder is unable to find a single channel...
Thinking it might be an antenna issue due to the lack of signal, power, and quality (see image: http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/45/1478785213-wp-20161110-13-22-37-rich.jpg), I decided to redo the antenna connector... to no avail.
After doing a bit of searching, I realized that I actually had a signal, power, and quality...
In the previously shown image (http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/45/1478785213-wp-20161110-13-22-37-rich.jpg), the transponder is at 11856 MHz - V - 27500 (this should be correct for receiving TV): and in this configuration, there is no signal/power/quality... EXCEPT if I decide to start the search anyway, using the same settings (http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/45/1478785204-wp-20161110-13-23-19-rich.jpg). During the search, it shows that there is indeed power and quality signal... however, the decoder won't find any radio or TV channel after reaching 100% (http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/45/1478785211-wp-20161110-13-23-36-rich.jpg).
Interestingly, on the satellite antenna pointing screen I showed earlier, the transponder at 11856 MHz - V - 27500 shows nothing... but if I decrease to 11836 MHz - H -27500 or increase to 11914 MHz - H - 27500, the gauges appear to be nearly full (Image 1: http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/45/1478785197-wp-20161110-13-22-49-rich.jpg, Image 2: http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/45/1478785197-wp-20161110-13-23-04-rich.jpg). However, running a search on these frequencies also yields no TV or radio channels...
In short, I don't understand the problem... the antenna (well, the dish...) seems properly connected and powered, the pointing hasn't moved, but the decoder finds no channels.
Change of transponder?
Decoder faulty?
I'm a bit lost :(
Note: My TNT SAT card is still valid until 2018, so that's not the problem with my access card (normally?).
Anyway, while waiting for your help,
I wish you an excellent (end of) day :)

Personally, I just lost TV5 Monde HD, and on the transponder I have 52% signal strength... and you know, pointing is... precise ;-) and a gust of wind or the weather can slightly modify your alignment. Another phenomenon: an orbital position is a cube 150 km on each side, and satellites are sometimes adjusted to realign and avoid colliding, and if your alignment is marginal -> nothing at all
Astra is theoretically at 19.2° East, but more precisely, two are at 19.25 and two at 19.28
