Windows 10 frequently stuck on "logging off"

Hello,
Very regularly, Windows 10 gets stuck on the logout screen (little points spinning endlessly…).
I noted in another thread that the solution was to hold down the power button for about 10 seconds to force the PC to reboot, and it works.
But I am looking to resolve the issue permanently because it happens several times a week on the family PC (= frequent user session changes) and the hard reboot is not really a normal procedure.
I’ve looked a bit on the Microsoft side but without success. Is this a known issue and is there a fix? Thank you.
