No sound for SMS arrival

Hello, following a backup requested on my Samsung A12, I am no longer notified about the arrival of my sms, even though after checking the settings I think it’s all in order. what path can you indicate to resolve this somewhat annoying issue? thank you in advance and best regards.

    Hello,

    Let's check if everything is in order in Settings > Sounds & vibration.

    First, make sure Do Not Disturb mode is turned off. The "Sound mode" should be set to Sound.

    In "Volume," set the notification volume to a high level.

    In "Notification sound," check if a ringtone is selected. Try changing the ringtone to be sure everything works.

    If notifications still don't work, go to Settings > Apps > Messages > Notifications. Ensure that the app notifications (including pop-ups) as well as the Sound & vibration option are enabled.

    If the issue persists, try restarting your phone.
