Même si le ping fonctionne, c'est de l'ICMP.
TFTP est un protocole de couche 7, qui utilise de l'UDP; notamment le port UDP 69.
Désactivez le/les firewall sur le poste windows.
On ne voit même pas la connexion initiale dans la fenêtre de log de tftpd.
